Medical History
Manage medical history content inside each EHR on Anytime.
Choosing medical history forms
You can enable/disable any form as you want.
Go to My account > Configuration > Clinical.
These options can be configured at any moment.
You will find the selected sections inside a patient profile.
Obstetric and Gynecological History
Go to My account > Configuration > Clinical.
Inside the ‘Forms Configuration’ section, look for the ‘Obstetric and Gynecological’ option in Medical History.
If this option is enabled, you will find this section inside the EHR of a female patient.
The ‘Obstetric and Gynecological History’ includes:
- Menstruation First Date
- Menstruation Last Date
- Menstruation Characteristics
- Pregnancies
- Cervical Cancer
- Uterine Cancer
- Breast Cancer
- Sexual Activity
- Birth control methods used
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Last Pap smear
- Last Mastography
- Other
Work history
Add the work information of your patients inside.
Go to My account > Configuration > Clinical.
Inside the ‘Forms Configuration’ section, enable the ‘Work History’ option inside the ‘Medical History’ functions.
Inside the EHR, on the ‘Medical History’ section, you will find the work history field. You can add the following information:
- Past employment
- Accident caused disabilities
- Sickness caused disabilities
- Contact with dust particles
- Exposure to loud noise
- Skin conditions due to exposure to chemicals
- Work related fractures or injuries
- Accidents or illnesses due to work
- Fit to work
- Others
