Configure your clinical information
Manage your professional information and select your required function according to your medical specialty.
Enable/disable medical permissions
Anytime allows you to select specific permissions to control different aspects of your organization,
Go toĀ My account > Configuration > Clinical
Enable options such as:
- Allow physician access to all patients in the organization.
- Allow patient access to their clinical data in the patient portal.
- Block editing or deleting of completed consultations.
- Allow patients to edit their medical history from the patient portal.
- Allow editing of all consultations from the organization to physician's.
Medical prescription
Here, you can add your professional information, specialty and more details that will appear on your medical prescription.
You must certify that the information is correct and can be used to print prescriptions.
Prescription design
Anytime has a bunch of different styles of designs. Select the one that you like. š
You will be able to add the following data in your prescription as well:
- Include vital signs in prescriptions
- Include diagnostics in prescriptions
Electronic signature
If you want to add your signature to the prescription, Anytime allows you to attach a png image or create a new file if you donĀ“t have any.
For the signature to display correctly, you need an image in PNG format with no background color.
Note templates and Order sets
Here you can manage the templates that will be available to your organization. It will help you to standardize and optimize your organization's consultations.
Vital Signs and Lab Results
TheĀ 'Vital Signs'Ā and 'Lab Results'Ā sets allow you to mark the values you want to appear when you perform your consultations. Once you have checked them, save your changes.
Forms configuration
This section allows you to toggle on or off your specialty forms. Make any changes whenever you want!
