Virtual Waiting Room
Your patients can get access to a waiting list while you promote your brand with these new functionalities during their waiting time.
The waiting room is exclusively for Anytime Agenda Professional
Enable the waiting room
Organizations can have access to a URL for their Waiting Room.
Go to My account > Organization.
On the ‘Telehealth waiting room configuration’ section, you must add a name to your waiting room URL if you want to access it.
You can modify the permissions of your Waiting Room, these permissions are:
- Include physician section
- Show in patient web application
- Only allow existing patients to request appointments
- Only allow pediatric patients to request appointments
Inside the waiting room
Once shared the URL, patients can enter using their personal information inside Anytime or register themselves if they are new patients.
Also, you can add a promotional video for the patient to see during their registration.
Promotional content on the waiting room
Adding promotional content inside your waiting room is pretty easy, just follow the next steps:
Go to the ‘Telehealth Waiting Room’ module.
Inside this section, click on the ‘Configuration’ button and then you can add different marketing assets such as links, video, banners, etc.
All the added content will appear on the patient screen while they wait for their teleconsultations.
Waiting room patient flow control
As a doctor, you will find the waiting patient list and give them access to the teleconsultation one by one.
Go to the ‘Telehealth Waiting Room’ module.
This module allows you to see the patients waiting for a teleconsultation and their information. This screen lets you view your scheduled appointments and those in the virtual waiting room.
By clicking on ‘Next,’ you will give access to the patient and start the teleconsultation.
When the time for the teleconsultation is approaching, the patient will receive a notification via Whatsapp.
The pediatric virtual waiting room
You can let pediatric patients access the 'Virtual Waiting Room.' First, enable the option.
Go to My account > Organization.
On the 'Virtual Waiting Room' section, activate the "Only allow pediatric patients to request appointments" function.
You can also specify the max-age of the pediatric patients to use pediatric functions.
Once you've activated it, pediatric patients could use different modules along Anytime, such as the 'Virtual Waiting Room.'
In case the pediatric patient is a new one, you will need the following information:
The person responsible for the patient, parent, or tutor
- Relationship
- Telephone
- Cellphone
User data (son/daughter)
- Date of birth
- Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Reason for consultation
If a pediatric patient surpasses the age limit, it cannot create an appointment.
