Ticket number in medical consultation
Members inside your organization can register a ticket or reference number once you create an encounter.
Required configuration
If you want to use tickets on your Anytime consultations, first, it is necessary to enable the functionality.
Go to ‘My account’ > ‘Organization’.
In the “My organization” section, activate the option “Show ticket number.” You can also add a prefix for the ticket number and require the ticket number to start the consultation.
Remember, by activating this function, your doctors can register a ticket or reference number when starting a consultation.
Ticket number while creating a medical encounter
Once you configure the functionality, you can use it during different sections inside the Anytime platform, like your medical agenda or the EHR.
Inside the ‘Encounter Report’
The ‘Encounter Report’ will contain a new field to see the ticket number with the information about the medical encounter.
