Vital Signs
Manage vital signs according to your preferences and find them within the patient's profile or during medical encounters.
Selecting vital signs
You can configure those relevant vital signs for your medical practice.
Go to My account > Configuration > Clinical.
You can activate/deactivate the vital signs you want.
During a medical encounter, you can add information on these vital signs.
Multiple vital signs
You can add multiple sets of vital signs during your encounters. Once each set of vital signs information is saved, a new entry will be created.
These entries will graphically reflect in the vital signs metrics.
