Organization permissions
Specify whether the doctor who owns the consultation is the only one with access to the meeting or that all organization members can interact with it.
Customize the permissions in your Anytime account
You can enable/disable this permissions at any time at the following pattern:
Go to My account > Configuration > Clinical.
The organization can configure if the consultations in Anytime are enabled for all the doctors or only the meeting owner to add the patient's clinical information.
These are the following permissions you will find:
- Allow physician access to all patients in the organization
- Allow patient access to their clinical data in the patient portal
- Block editing or deleting of completed consultations
- Allow patients to edit their medical history from the patient portal
- Allow editing of all consultations from the organization to physician's
According to the permissions selected, the interface or specific functions might change.
