Nurse (assistant) account
Anytime includes different types of medical accounts and permits. Give clinical access to your assistant with this tutorial.
Invite your team to collaborate with you in Anytime
Add any member to your organization in Anytime by following the next steps.
Go to My account > Organization.
Look for the Pending Invites section and select ‘Add users.’
Once you click the button, You will see the following fields:
- Role
- Permissions
- Location
The ‘Role’ option allows you to select between 2 different types of users: Medic or assistant. In this case, choose the assistant option.
Complete all the forms to add a new user and press ‘Invite.’
After that, you´ll see the invited user in the ‘Pending invites’ section.
Configure an assistant account
This tutorial is for the user invited to be part of an organization in Anytime, not the administrator.
If you were invited to an Anytime organization, you would receive an email to access a portal and customize your account. Click on “Accept invitation.”
Fill in the blank spaces and sign up.
You will be redirected to the main screen of Anytime.
Add medical permissions to your assistant
As an administrator, you can configure your assistant's permissions to access the clinical information on the EHR. Follow the next path:
Go to My account > Organization.
On the 'Members of your organization' section, look for the user you want to change his permissions to, click on "…", then click on "Edit."
You can give different permissions, such as:
Access to Clinical Information. Record medical history, vital
signs, and progress notes.
It allows for recording clinical history, vital signs, and progress notes.
Access to Charges. See the complete chargers inside your organization per patient.

If the user doesn´t have access to the ‘Charges’ module, it won´t appear on the Anytime screen.
