Forms by specialty
Anytime allows you to select only the questionnaires you want to use.
Specialty forms are exclusively on Anytime Clinical Professional.
Enable the forms
Many of our users consider optimizing the consultation time by reducing the number of questionnaires.
Go to My account > Configuration > Clinical.
On the ‘Forms Configuration’ section, activate the questionnaires you need.
Special functionalities on Anytime Clinical
Now that you have enabled the functions per specialty let´s see each one.
Treatment plan
During your medical encounters, the treatment plan allows you to use templates, or create new ones, in case your patient needs to follow a specific program.
You can also print or send it via email.
Nutrition module
The ‘Nutrition’ section will include the following fields:
- Lost Weight
- Water
- Fat
- Muscle
- Waist
- Abdomen
These fields can also be enabled/disabled inside the clinical configuration.
During the consultation, you can fill in the fields you enable in the configuration.
Ketosis
Similar to the ‘Nutrition’ module, you can activate/deactivate the content of this section.
These are the fields you can choose:
- Satiety
- Halitosis
- Cramps
- Hunger
- Diarrhea
- Sleeping Problems
- Depression
- Impatience
- Tolerance
- Need of Stimulants
- Constipation
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Anxiety
- Concentration
- Irritability
- Aggressiveness
- Impulse Control
You will see the enabled fields inside the encounter. You can rate each lot from 0 to 3.
Topographic exploration
The Topographic Exploration determines a specific section on the body, and by clicking on it, you can also add information and templates.
Odontogram
With our Odontogram module: integrate, store and manage all your odontology medical records using any electronic device with an internet connection.
Also, you will be able to select multiply diagnoses and procedures, to all equally!
You can change between an adult or a child odontogram
Physical exam
This function will allow you to manage physical exams of different body parts.
You can look for the different exams by clicking on it.
Disability leave
While in the encounter, you can access the disability leave section anytime.
You will be allowed to specify the type of disability and add a date range.
