Save the patient's information and use an EHR with modern functionalities.
Creating a patient profile

Inside the βPatientsβ module.
EHR options and shortcuts
Each patient profile will have four buttons with different functions:
- Start consultation.
- Edit patient.
- View patient profile.
- Delete patient.
Inside the patient profile
The electronic clinical profile of each patient includes different sections such as:
- Vital signs.
- Past consultations.
- Medical History
- Current medications.
- Among others.
These sections can be customized inside the clinical configurations of Anytime.
Edit a patient profile
Once you have created a patient profile, you can always make the needed changes.
Go to the βPatientsβ module.
Select the patient profile you want to modify, click ββ¦β and click on βEdit.β
Another option to access the βEditβ menu is by clicking the button βEditβ from one of the four buttons that every profile contains on the main screen of the βPatientsβ module.
Now you can make any modification inside the patient profile.
Remember to save the changes!
Additional information in EHR
You can enable sections to fill in specific information inside a patient profile.
Go to My account > Organization.
On the 'Forms Configuration' section, you can choose between different forms which will appear inside the patient's profile data.
Whether you edit a clinical history or create a new one, you can always find those previously enabled sections.
Medical Record Number (MRN)
On Anytime, you can have an MRN for each patient profile inside your account.
Go to My account > Organization.
At the bottom of this section, look for the option "Show medical record number" and activate it.
Also, you can specify the consecutive number following the clinical file concerning the previous one.
If you have 15 medical records, you can specify that the next record has a not necessarily consecutive number, for example, 18.
Note:Β You will not be able to enter a number before your current medical record (returning to the example that we are in the medical record 15, you cannot choose any number < 15).
The medical record number will be found on each patient's profile next to their date of birth.

In case you need to print an EHR, Anytime allows you to make it easy.
Go to the βPatientsβ module.
Select the patient profile you want to print, click on the ββ¦β button and click on βprint.β
