Use Anytime For Patients
Your patients will have access to their clinical information at any time.
Log in process
We have developed a web platform where your patients can interact with their medical information from any device with an internet connection.
Anytime for patients is a portal created to make the interaction with the physician easier.
Go to āAnytime for patientsā.
Patients must log in to this portal; having any cellphone number registered on their EHR will be necessary. The process will be the following.
- Write the registered cellphone number.
- Verify your identity with the code (it will be sent to your WhatsApp).
- Select your patient profile (this will only apply to users with the same phone number on different patient profiles).
Patientās medical information section
Patients will have access to different sections related to their interaction with your organization. Related to their clinical data, physicians can manage the permissions of the information that the patient can see on the portal:
- Allow patient access to their clinical data in the patient portal.
- Allow patients to edit their medical history from the patient portal.
The āMy healthā section will include the patientĀ“s clinical history information, such as:
- Medical History
- Vital Signs
- Attachments
- Prescriptions
- Past Encounters
Calendars inside the patients portal
The user can configure the agendas that appear on the patient portal.
Go to āMy Accountā > āConfigurationā > āAgendaā.
This functionality allows you to select which calendars will be shown on Anytime For Patients, whether it is a personal agenda or any schedule in your organization.
The āAppointmentā interface allows the patient to:
- View available calendars on the organization.
- Access to the physician directory and the Anytime Marketing Suite physician website.
