Where can I find Anytime Chat?
There are several ways to read patient conversations from different devices, which will help you to check any updates during your consultation hours.
Inside the Anytime web platform
You can access the conversations using the Anytime Chat module. You will find it on the left bar of the screen.
Go to the Anytime Chat module.
Inside the Anytime Chat app
You can use Anytime Chat as an app downloading it from the Play Store or App Store.
You must log in as a “Doctor”.
The app will redirect you to the Chat tab.
If you have any doubts or questions about this function, you can always contact us using the Support Chat, it is the blue button at the right corner inside the Anytime app screen.
