Type of schedule work hours
We allow users to establish periods of work hours on the different schedules on Anytime Agenda.
Establishing the work hours
You can select a temporary or permanent schedule.
Go to My account > Configuration > Agenda.
On the Schedule type section, select any of the two possible options.
Permanent work schedule
This type of schedule is by default. The work hours added will always appear on the user agenda.
Temporary work schedule
If you choose to establish a temporary schedule, you can select the range of days the agenda will last and the duration of the consultation.
Keep in mind the following aspects:
- You can only have one agenda per range of days.
- If there is no established schedule, every day will appear disabled.
You can edit the schedules at any time. The portal where your patients can schedule an appointment will consider the changes you make within your agenda.
