Status of appointment
Your appointments will have different colors according to the status of the event.
What colors are inside the agenda?
Inside your Anytime calendar, you will see the different statuses of your appointments; it's easier to know the meaning of these statuses thanks to the different colors and icons:
- Purple: Appointment scheduled
- Green: Appointment Confirmed
- Gray: Schedule blocked
- Blue: The patient has arrived at the encounter.
- *Teleconsult ****appointments will include the 🎥 icon.
Once an encounter finishes, the event block will have a fainter color.
Lock completed consultation
If your organization's settings have the "Lock Completed Consultation" option turned on, a lock icon 🔒 will appear on completed appointments.
Google Calendar events on your agenda
Using the integration of Google Calendar on your Anytime account, You will have all the events created on your Google Calendar synced with the Anytime agenda.
