Portal links
Access to all the links of your modules directly in one single module.
Where can I find the portal links?
Anytime agenda has a portal made for your patients to make an appointment.
Go to the ‘Calendar’ section.
On the 'Portal Links' section, you can see all the agendas of the users inside your organization.
A list with all the calendars will be displayed by clicking on the arrow near the calendar's name. When you select an agenda, the URL on this section will change according to the chosen schedule.
Inside the appointment portal
The appointment portal allows the patient to request appointments that will be automatically added to the doctor's schedule.
If you have Encounter types on the selected agenda, the first screen of the portal will include them.
After selecting the encounter type, the patient can choose a block to separate their appointment.
The information required to make an appointment is the following:
For recurring patients
- Cellphone
- Date of birth
For new patients
- Cellphone
- Date of birth
- Names
- Last name
- Sex
- Cause
If the patient is dependant
You must add the information of a tutor or a responsible person. The requisites on the 'For new patients' will also be required.
- Name of the responsible person
- Relationship with the user
- Phone
For pediatric patients
Under-age patients must add their parent's information during the creation of appointments inside Anytime.
Configuring a pediatric patient
You must enable the ‘Additional Information’ section inside the EHR.

Once you activate the option, you will see a new section inside the patient's information. This section will be 'Responsible Information.' Here you can specify if the patient is dependent.
The pediatric virtual waiting room
You can let pediatric patients access the 'Virtual Waiting Room.' First, enable the option.
Go to My account > Organization.
On the 'Virtual Waiting Room' section, activate the "Only allow pediatric patients to request appointments" function.
You can also specify the max-age of the pediatric patients to use pediatric functions.
Once you've activated it, pediatric patients could use different modules along Anytime, such as the 'Virtual Waiting Room.'
In case the pediatric patient is a new one, you will need the following information:
The person responsible for the patient, parent, or tutor
- Relationship
- Telephone
- Cellphone
User data (son/daughter)
- Date of birth
- Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Reason for consultation
If a pediatric patient surpasses the age limit, it cannot create an appointment.
Pediatric patients in the medic portal
For medics to only admit pediatric patients, you must configure your calendar.
Go to My account > Configuration > Agenda.
Look for the 'Only allow pediatric patients to request appointments' option and activate it.
By activating this option, all patients must register with the data of a legal guardian.
While the patient is creating an appointment, he must activate the option "User is medically dependant."
These portals are available within the different agendas inside Anytime, like group and organizational agendas.
