Creating appointments on Anytime
Creating appointments on Anytime will allow you to administrate your time as needed.
How to create an appointment on Anytime
There are different ways to create encounters inside the platform.
By selecting an appointment block on the calendar
Once you select a block, you must add the following information:
- Name of the patient.
- Date
- Begin and end hour
- Chief Complaint
You can also activate automatic reminders on WhatsApp and email.
Click on ‘+New Appointment.’
Once you click on the button, add the information seen in the past option.
From the appointment portal
Each calendar will have a portal where patients can request an appointment on the work hours of the agenda.
From the patient's profile
While on an EHR, click on 'Schedule Consultation', then fill in the information about the meeting.
Walk in appointments
Only some of your patients will probably have an appointment when they arrive at your clinic. With this functionality, your assistant can start patient encounters without previous meetings.
Select any EHR on the ‘Patients’ module.
Your assistant must click on ‘Create Walk In encounter’.
Then, specify the physician attending to the patient and the reason for consultation.
You can configure that medical users can´t start new “Walk in” encounters from the patient profile. To enable this function, request it on the ‘Support Chat’ inside the Nimbo app.
