You will never have to get worried about notifying your patients.
Sending a reminder on Anytime
Sending automatic reminders increases the percentage of probability that your patients attend their scheduled appointments.
Go to the ‘Calendar’ module.
To program a reminder, you have to check the box of the reminder you want to send (if it is a text message or an email) while entering a new encounter on your agenda.
If a teleconsultation has been chosen, the payment link and appointment details will be included in the email.
Types of notifications
The information that these notifications will include are:
- Name of patient
- Date and time of appointment change (or cancellation message).
- Contact information for the clinic or office (applies if the notification is an email.
The notifications that Anytime will send can be done in 2 different ways, a WhatsApp message or an email.
Depending on your Anytime plan, you will have a certain amount of reminders by WhatsApp message.

Take into consideration:
- The monthly available messages will depend on the number of physician licenses inside your organization and the subscribed Anytime plan you use inside the platform. These messages will be added and used among all the users inside your Anytime organization.
- The account validation messages and the Anytime patient code access are not considered WhatsApp messages.
- If you don´t have any message available, you won´t have any automatic charge. You can buy more messages inside the Anytime platform.
- If your account has an Anytime Agenda and an Anytime Marketing Professional, the number of messages will be added.
An automatic message will arrive with the following information:
This message cannot be answered, in case you want to send a message, you must put the address that appears in the content of the email.
Notifications in Arabic
Send automatic notifications in Arabic for Saudi users.
Go to My account > My profile.
Notifications in Arabic are available by changing the language of your Anytime account.
While you are scheduling encounters on your Calendar, enable the notifications, wherever it is via email or WhatsApp.
You must add the email or cellphone to the corresponding patient profile if you want to send automatic notifications.
