Appointment confirmation for Patients
With these new options, your appointments will have a higher percentage of presence.
Manually confirmation
You can manually confirm an appointment. The patient can do this too.
Physician confirmation
As a user, you can manage your appointments easily and confirm an encounter whenever you want.
Go to the ‘Calendar’ module.
Select the appointment you want to confirm, then press ‘Confirm’.
Once you press the button, the event's color will change to green.
Patient confirmation
In the patient's case, they will receive a WhatsApp message and an email 24 hours before the encounter. The message will include a link to confirm the appointment.
By clicking the URL, the confirmation will be sent to the clinic.
Confirmation using Stripe
If you count with a Stripe account as a payment method, once the patient makes the appointment, Anytime will confirm the appointment automatically.
On the other hand, if you use a custom billing URL or simply a face-to-face appointment or without using a payment method, the confirmation must be made manually.
